Southdale is a well-established community located between Fermor Avenue and Bishop Grandin Boulevard, just east of the Seine River. Originally developed in the 1960s as Winnipeg’s first "lake community," it was designed with up-and-coming professionals in mind. Today, it boasts an ideal location, providing easy access to downtown, the University of Manitoba, and industrial hubs such as St. Boniface and Transcona. Southdale is also a stone’s throw away from the scenic parklands surrounding the Royal Canadian Mint.
